FidgetStation.io is operated by ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 12568562. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Support is available by email only at support@fidgetstation.com.
Using FidgetStation
You must be aged 14 or over to create or use an account. FidgetStation is entertainment and physical merchandise, not a medical or therapeutic service. Do not interfere with other accounts, automate rewards, or bypass access and safety controls.
Digital purchases
A £1.99 game purchase unlocks that game on the purchasing account. FidgetStation Unlimited costs £6.99 per month and opens the available game library while the subscription remains active.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Website subscriptions are managed through Profile and Stripe; mobile subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that completed the purchase.
Spark and collections
Spark and collection items are account-bound features, are not money, cannot be transferred for value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Verified Spark may request a discount code for one active, published and in-stock FidgetStation.com variant when the account reaches its exact live Spark target. The code covers one item but does not reserve stock; delivery, taxes and import duties remain payable. The required Spark is held for up to 24 hours, consumed once after a verified paid order, and released or restored once after expiry, cancellation, or a qualifying refund.
Availability
Features may change as the service develops. We will not remove a permanent purchased game from an account without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.
