Digital products and subscriptions on FidgetStation.io are supplied by ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 12568562. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Refund and cancellation enquiries can be sent to support@fidgetstation.com; support is provided by email only.
Preview before purchase
Premium games include a preview so you can assess the experience before buying.
Game purchases
If a purchased game is faulty, unavailable, or materially different from its description, contact Help so we can repair access or provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Unlimited cancellation
You can open billing management from Profile. Mobile subscriptions are cancelled through Apple or Google, while website subscriptions use Stripe. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the billing provider states otherwise.
Accidental purchases
Contact Help promptly with the account email and purchase details. Refund eligibility depends on usage, delivery of the digital content, and your statutory rights.
Physical Spark redemptions
If an accepted physical order using a Spark redemption is cancelled or refunded, the associated Spark deduction is restored once through the verified Shopify order event. The product code itself remains single-use; delivery charges and optional extras are excluded.
