FidgetStation.io is operated by ECOMMERCE ONLINE LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 12568562. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Privacy and support enquiries can be sent to support@fidgetstation.com; support is provided by email only.
Age requirement
FidgetStation accounts are for people aged 14 and over. We store a broad age group rather than a date of birth, deny under-14 registration, and apply high-privacy defaults to teen accounts.
What we collect
We store account details, purchase status, game progress, safety preferences, and basic service diagnostics needed to run FidgetStation.
How it is used
Data is used to sign you in, save your games and collection, fulfil purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Email choices
Requested login, verification, purchase, and essential service messages are separate from marketing. Optional product, game, and subscription emails are available only to verified adult accounts that actively choose the separate marketing setting. That choice earns no Spark and can be withdrawn at any time in Settings or through the unsubscribe link in every optional email; withdrawing it does not stop essential service messages.
Advertising
Free play may show contextual, non-behavioural advertising at natural breaks only if advertising is approved and enabled. We do not use precise location for advertising, do not award Spark for adverts or clicks, and paid or individually owned games are ad-free.
Analytics and cookies
Essential storage keeps FidgetStation working. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measurement loads only after consent. Clarity is limited to public information pages and is not enabled on account, sign-in, payment, or game areas. You can revisit your choice using Privacy settings.
Payments
Website payments use hosted Stripe checkout. iOS and Android purchases use Apple App Store or Google Play billing and RevenueCat entitlement delivery. FidgetStation stores the resulting customer, purchase, and subscription references, not full card details.
Your choices
You can change notification and safety preferences in Settings. The Account area includes permanent account deletion. FidgetStation deletes profile, gameplay, collection, social, and local purchase-access records; payment providers may retain transaction records when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations.
