Delete your FidgetStation account
You can permanently delete your account from a browser, iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
How to delete
Sign in, open Profile, choose Account, then use Delete account. Confirming DELETE removes the full FidgetStation account rather than temporarily disabling it.
What is removed
Profile details, sign-in sessions, gameplay, progress, Spark, collections, social connections, and FidgetStation purchase-access records are erased.
Before you confirm
Save any information you need, check the account email, and cancel mobile subscriptions through the store that billed them. Deletion is permanent and does not turn Spark, stickers, games, or collection items into transferable value.
Subscriptions
Deleting the account cancels an attached Stripe subscription. Apple and Google subscriptions are controlled by the store account, so cancel them in the App Store or Play Store before deletion to prevent renewal.
Records retained elsewhere
Apple, Google, Stripe, or legally required accounting and fraud-prevention records may remain under those providers' terms and applicable law.
If you cannot sign in
Use the secure magic-link option on the login page first. If account recovery still fails, use the public Support guide to prepare the account email, device, and a description of the problem before contacting Help.
